Why We Shut It

During my 20 years in finance, I burned out more than once. I was exhausted, sleeping even worse and waking up every morning feeling unrested.

At one point, I knew I needed a change. The real shift came from something surprisingly simple: breathwork… and mouth taping.


It changed not only my sleep but also how I felt during the day. But every tape I tried felt wrong. They were uncomfortable, plastic-heavy and not something I wanted to wear around others.


So I made my own. Tapes that are soft, breathable, moisturising and ritualistic. If it’s something you do every single night, it should feel like self-care.

And yes. I left a 20-year finance career for mouth tapes.
