Shipping

We deliver to selected countries within Europe, and Singapore. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Be sure to provide your email and phone number to stay updated on your shipment’s progress. You can learn more about how we process your personal information in our Privacy Policy.

If your order is delivered to a service point, please remember to collect it within 7 days.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal service, or public holidays. Shipping fees and delivery details will be provided at checkout.

Please note that you're responsible for the products after delivery. If your package arrives damaged, reach out to us at hello@weshutit.com immediately upon receiving it.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you have the right to return your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Orders made to the UK: 14-day return period.
• Orders made to Europe: 14-day return period.
• Orders made to Singapore: No return period

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags (if applicable)

If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.

To submit a return request:

Initiate your return by emailing us at hello@weshutit.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at returns@weshutit.com before sending anything back. Exchanges cannot currently be processed through the self-serve portal.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@weshutit.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
